Instructions:

- Find a quiet place where you feel safe.
- Stand in front of a mirror.
- Take a few deep breaths to center yourself.
Affirmation of your qualities:

- Look in the mirror and say out loud three qualities you appreciate about yourself.
- For each quality, give a concrete example of how you have demonstrated it recently.
Visualizing your best version:

- Close your eyes and imagine yourself in a situation where you feel fully confident and affirmed.
- Observe your posture, your facial expression, your voice in this situation.
- Feel the energy and confidence emanating from you.
Body anchoring:

- Open your eyes and adopt the posture you visualized.
- Breathe deeply and feel the confidence settle into your body.
- Smile at your reflection with confidence and kindness.
Declaration of Intent :

- State out loud a positive intention for yourself, starting with “I deserve…”
- Repeat this intention three times, gradually increasing the volume and confidence of your voice.
Projection into the future:

- Imagine yourself in a week, having fully integrated this news trust in you.
- Visualize how this positively affects your interactions and achievements.
Gratitude and celebration:

- Thank yourself out loud for taking this time for yourself.
- Make a celebratory gesture (like raising your arms in victory) in front of the mirror.
Integration:

- Write down in a journal your feelings and the insights that emerged during the exercise.
- Identify a concrete action you can take today to express this new confidence in yourself.
